I'm one of the last people to participate in the Nashville hot chicken craze. I don't like Canes because it's so bland but honestly this is overseasoned. I'm just not a chicken tenders guy I guess. The pieces are gigantic- I could only eat 2.

Got up this morning and threw a brisket on the pit. Had a leftover ham bone so I cooked a pot of big white limas, rice, cheese & bacon potatoes and slaw. Fed my bartender. :)

Pretty basic supper of roast and green beans, but the roast had some kick and the green beans were sweet and flavorful. Husband had rice and gravy, etc with his.
