Those look good. I like a whole wing. I love the crispy wing tips and they work fine, too. I'd like your sauce recipes.

Had baby backs and St. Louis ribs, pork and elk sausage, chicken, slaw, mac and cheese, potato salad, homemade bread and the best homemade cheesecake.

I did a super late lunch of fried chicken livers and BBQ shrimp po-boy, so I'm grazed tonight. Some hummus and veggies.

Beer.

LL, those wings look pretty tasty. I've made my share of wings in my day, but one of my off-the-beaten path favorites I stole from the internet. Here's the recipe LINK

I love cilantro like a fat kid loves cake, so these were right in my wheelhouse. Y'all might be able to steal some ideas from it. Or not. Worth looking at, I suppose.

Thank you all. They're non-battered skin-on wings deep fried in my electric fryer and then tossed in their respective sauces.

In order of best:
1. Traditional buffalo
2. Cayenne honey mustard
3. Sriracha garlic
4. Sweet and spicy Asian
5. Momofuku's vinaigrette recipe

I made homemade ranch for dipping but never used it.

Matisyeezy: that looks awesome! The green in the sriracha garlic sauce is fresh cilantro.

GG: I will post sauce recipes when not on my phone :)

I really need to get me one of those electric jobs.

I thought it was cilantro, so I felt okay throwing it out there. Thanks to this thread I'll be making some wings myself this week. Do post your recipes! The sriracha garlic and honey mustard sound like they'd be right up my s/o's alley, though I'd probably have to tone down the sriracha for her. Damn yankees
