Fried some catfish, fries, hush puppies and made coleslaw.

Started off with a nice roux earlier today and made a chicken fricassee.
While that was simmering this afternoon I made a small batch of homemade rolls.
Also made a potato salad this morning and served with succotash.
It's hard to beat fresh hot rolls right out of the oven with some Irish butter.
