Patty Melt sandwiches!
Sliced a couple of onions earlier and started with those on the griddle.
Started raining and it was coming on the patio so didn't get anymore pictures outside.
Time to griddle them. They had Swiss cheese on one slice of bread, American on the other, the meat patty, onions and a Russian dressing I threw together this morning.
