I found an incredible looking prime ribeye at Albertsons. Gonna grill it up.

Would you slice that sirloin cap thinner next time? I do something similar and always slice it super thin. Curious how the bite was on that in a sandwich.

It was fine. I cut the fat ring off of each slice though. There is a little piece where the fat meets the meat that can get a little chewy. That was sliced about 1/4”
