We had a great meal here this evening. Made rice and gravy, with meat of course, my mom's Zydeco green beans and sliced beets.
This is one of those simple but delicious meals that everyone here loves.
The only thing that would've made it better is if we had some homemade rolls to go with it.

My wife is working and I’m running late. Threw some fish sticks and fries in the oven after an hour on the treadmill. :)
