This Was a Quick Delicious Meal!
So, I went to 4:00pm vigil mass the afternoon. Got home a few minutes before 5:00pm and got dinner started. Now the wife sliced up the squash and zucchini and turned the oven on before I got home. I threw together a fettuccine, saute'd the yellow squash and zucchini and toss the chicken which was(frozen)battered, crunchy, glazed chicken from Costco.
We were sitting down to eat at 5:40pm. and it was delicious!
Warmed and buttered St. Joseph bread!

Stopped at the grocery. The deli had fresh fried chicken. Bought some, came home, cooked fries and toast. Bought new milk. :)

Found a 1/4 Pizzaletta in the freezer the other day from a school fundraiser. Kids were gone, so we ate that for a late lunch. Wife doesn’t like ham/salami, so I double stacked my half and put turkey on hers. Win/win.
