I've noticed that you have sauteed yellow squash, zucchini and onions a good bit. I love doing the same, and was wondering what spices you generally use.

My go to is tarragon, but I use Greek, Asian, Italian or Mexican spices too, depending on what I'm serving the squash with. The Everything but the Bagel seasoning from Trader Joes is good too. Seems that I cook squash and green beans weekly since they have them at produce stand.

I use tarragon sparingly. I'm just not experienced enough with it, so I'm hesitant to destroy a dish with it. I do love Everything But The Bagel seasoning for the versatility.
