Moon Flower, that stuff on the left side looks like it was expelled from the south end of a northbound buzzard.

Broiled an Asian marinated flank steak for the wife and I tonight. Came out great. Perfect temp. Could use a better crust, but hard to achieve without smoking up the apartment ha. Cold noodle salad on the side.

Busted out some delicious California wine from our recent trip. Great pairing with the spicy and salty steak.

per their website:

Mystical Mushroom Quesadilla
Red bell tortilla filled with cheez, 'sauteed' mushrooms & onions, tomatoes & greens. Served with guacamole .... +option to add walnut meat, which my friend did.

Bliss burger
A hearty sundried tomato & walnut burger topped with cheez, pickles, and homemade ketchup. Served on our onion bread ...+option to add mushrooms / onions, which I of course did.

the "bread" which looks like a cracker was soft and gentle on my mouth . but since you aren't an experienced vegan, you make break whatever teeth you still have left
