I meant to tell you where I got the chips that next day but it was anchored. I got those fresh at a local taqueria. For a buck, you get a gallon bag full of nice thick tortilla chips.

Usually slice the other end of the Boston butt which is what this is. Pull the other side. Using some Korean sauce which is a nice spicy complement.

I made some chicken florentine with a Caesar salad and some crusty garlic bread.
