Pizza on the BGE - Abject failure, temperature problems-- but the end result ended up having great flavor although I had the finish the pizza on a griddle on the stove and the oven broiler.
Half white - parm/truffle/garlic white sauce topped with mushroom, caramelized onion and steak
Half red - sauce with Calabrian chili, pepperoni, Italian sausage, red onion and green bell pepper.
Mozzarella and fontina on both sides, ricotta also on the white
Zinfandel

Trader Joe’s Pollo Asado with cooked down peppers and onions on keto 20-cal tortillas. Feels like I’m cheating the system or something.
