Boudin stuffed Cornish hen with bourbon/pecan sauce.
Sweet potato cubes, baked until they were almost like mashed sweet potatoes
Green beans

Sauvignon Blanc

edt: Cajun Family Traditions out of Church Point was sampling their boudin & andouille at Albertson. Bought a pack of the boudin and used it to stuff the Cornish hen.

Blackened pompano and shrimp, lemon beurre blanc, sautéed green beans and garlic with butter and balsamic vinegar

Stewed chicken, rice, green beans, corn, coleslaw and rolls. Fed my bartender. :)

my brother in law caught them in the keys and sent me some out here in colorado. They were frozen so not exactly "fresh" but as fresh as you'll get in the rockies. It was delicious so I'm not complaining
