The Mrs. had her second shingles shot yesterday was feeling a bit under the weather today, so we just heated up some stuff from the freezer - xiao long bao (not pictured), scallion pancakes and wings.

Dusted off a jambalaya pot and cooked ten gallons for a small competition, today. First one in ten or twelve years. Ended up taking second. It was hot, no picture until I got home with some in a bowl. It was supper. :)

black beans cooked in 2 hr pressure cooker bone stock (strained, chilled, & fat separated) with veges & smoked meats.
Tossed salad w/ homegrown tomatoes.
