The one they are opening in Mandeville right in front of Sams is going to absolutely print money.

I lived walking distance from the one on Burbank in BR the first few years they were open. I never had a good meal there. Now I live walking distance from the one in LC and I haven't had a bad meal there. It's not great food, but I enjoy it.
