weekday lunch along I-10, from Orange to Baytown?

Driving to Houston on a weekday & wondering if there's anything interesting as a lunch stop from around Orange to the Baytown environs. Or should I be brown-bagging it? Ha. Not the biggest fan of chicken fried steak or mediocre Tex Mex combo plate lunches. Hoping there's a hidden gem I've overlooked on past trips. TIA, y'all.

J Wilson's is one of the more popular restaurants in Beaumont right now.
