Friend,

Uncle is having his Annual Uncle's Lobster Steam at his house. He had ten dozen lobsters shipped today and he is busy cooking them. I was not feeling particularly social, so I stayed just briefly. He sent me home with some of the claws that fell off because he wants perfect presentation. I counted 29 claws, which yielded just over three pounds of lobster meat which I do not know if I will use to make New Orleans style lobster poorboys. Basically they are lobster rolls on Leidenheimers with butter, lemon, and parsley.

A friend dropped off some toro from a 215 lb yellowfin they caught the other day. I will probably eat that with some salmon roe in the fridge.

It has been one of those tough days today. As much as I try to bring joy and goodness to the world, it sometimes feels that the darkness and hatred overcome all the good God has given us. The battle is not done, but today I am tired. May God bless you and your meals tonight.

Yours,
TulaneLSU

Cooked another Mexican dish for the competition (third one so far). Having fun cooking good grub. Will be fun picking one next month. Little or no hope of winning as long as the competition stays as good as the past ones have been lately, but I am enjoying cooking and eating nice keto dishes.
