no i didnt and i know we didnt drink all of that.
me and the girl i was with were drunk when we walked in. i drank a good bit more but she didnt really drink much after the first round of shots.
a previous manager said this has happened more then you would like to think.
im cool with my bill being 80-100 but 209 plus a tip that i didnt give her is complete BS

i was waiting to talk to zealot and my friend tomorrow before i reply back.
i guess im kinda being too nice in this whole thing but i really dont mind paying for everything that we actually ordered. im not asking to delete the tab but maybe cut it in half

i usually pay cash at the bars i dont frequent much but we were sitting at a table and had our own waitress so i just gave her my card so she wasnt running back and forth between orders

I think I found the problem. According to the receipt, your server was Burger King--you KNOW they never get orders right. 
And seriously, that adds up to 36 drinks--for 3 people when you'd already been drinking? Only if they wheeled you out...

If they had fixed it on the spot, or the following morning over the phone, then yeah, you only want to pay for what you ordered and forget about it.
At this point, it's been a couple days and now you have proof that the bitch actually STOLE from you. frick being nice. I'd tell the manager that you want the whole fricking tab refunded or you're pressing charges on this bitch. If the mgr is smart, he'll refund you the entire amount and make the stupid bitch that raped you pay the whole thing.
If she did it to you, you can bet your arse she did it to a few others the same night who were too loaded to notice until the following morning and don't remember shite anyway so they can't complain. She made a fricking bundle that night.
