If I honestly thought I was overcharged, I'd certainly expect an itemized receipt. I mean frick! How can they not get one? Does this mean they guessed what you drank? It should show it on the screen what you drank.
I've never worked at a bar or restaurant and don't know how it works on there. I'd think even if the receipt was printed (non itemized) that you could go back and find it somehow.

Went into Happy's on Coursey two weeks ago during the Friday Night LSU/UGA game. Waiting on some friends to show up from dinner at BJ's Brew House.
I ordered a pint of Newcastle.
Came to me room temperature.
I mentioned it to the bartender, who told the manager, who put his finger in and realized it. Apologized immediately, and said your first two are on the house, whatever you want.
I ordered a pint of Blue Moon next.
Came to me room temperature.
The only thing they had cold was Bud Light on tap.
I'll be avoiding that location from here on out.

(but they're not supposed to be room temperature either, I'm just hoping you're not exaggerating)

If they wouldn't give you an itemized receipt, you didn't have to pay until they did. They legally have to tell you what they are charging you for. They can't pull a number out their arse (which is what they obviously did if it was exactly 200)
Go back to the bar. Ask for a manager, and tell him you want this handled. The fact that you signed it makes no difference. If they refuse, the person that wammied you can be charged with theft and access device fraud, so at that point go to BRPD. If THEY still don't handle it, go to the EBR Sheriff's office. They have umbrella jurisdiction. Ask for Det. Luckett in financial crimes.
Don't take that shite dude.

By the way, if you at least file a report with law enforcement, and send a copy to your bank/credit card company, it makes it way easier to dispute the claim.

You were not wrong at all and I would follow up on it.
I def wouldn't have put a tip down, even if it was your friends money. They did not deserve an extra dime.

Not wrong at all. That's a bunch of crap. Someone was definitely ordering drinks on your tab to get to $200.

4 dollars for a beer is pathetic

We went to happys on coursey last night and my husband had two or 3 double crown and cokes and I had 3 or 4 glasses of Merlot. The bill was not itemized and was around $60 which is about right. But my husband asked if he could have a single crown and coke on the second round and the waitress said they only serve doubles. I thought that comment and a non itemized bill were both sketchy.

Agreed. Finn's serves pints of Guinness for 4.00.
