Warm would be an upgrade. Last few times we were there it was boiling hot. Like dipping chips in spicy soup. No thank you. One time we went and the salsa was nice and cold. Was perfect with the chips and the flavors had mellowed (no doubt from being in fridge over night).

Honestly, if the salsa is good, I don't care about the temp. Tampico's in Morgan City serves warm salsa and it is uniquely addictive.
