Went Friday for Lunch. Food was great and tasted fresh. Would highly recommend. It’s nice to have something different than typical Tex Mex around here.

I went Wednesday night and had a phenomenal experience. 10/10 would recommend and is firmly in my top 5 of BR restuarants.
Got the tuna tosterones for the app
My girl got the paella for entree and I got the 3 tacos (sweet potato, steak, and fried oysters. and yes the sweet potato was fire)
We got the banana brulee for desert
For drinks - they had a spicy blueberry margarita as a special that day so got those and holy shite - what a drink. We both put down 3 of them and were honestly kind of hammered at the end of our dinner. It wasn't too sweet like almost every blueberry drink I've ever gotten has been.
Food - 9/10
Atmosphere - 8.5/10
Service - 9/10 - was shocked how good it was for a new restaurant
Drinks - 11/10 (also got their regular spicy cucumber marg which was amazing)
Overall - 9/10

Looks like his son has the same dish over at at Mestizo.
We had a few folks go yesterday, it was ok. Everyone got something different. Been wanting to try it.
Margaritas were good, salsa was different.
The inside decor was great. Service was very good.

Muy bueno, now we have another upscale Tex-Mex along with Mestizo's. I been enjoying Jim's cooking for years, and now my first visit to Veracruz was a homerun.
