Late night my wife and I have always gone to noodle Asia there in the Venetian. Brunch at Sugarcane at restaurant row is good. Quick bite for a chicken sandwich at howlin rays their food court. For a nicer meal we always go to Joes Stone Crab at Caesar’s forum shops. They have an excellent steak and great seafood selection. Terrace Point cafe also has a good brunch at the Wynn next door

So many choices in Vegas. What are you looking for?

I can vouch for Joe’s when it comes to seafood. It’s first class and always on point. Only have had seafood and crabs (prepared all kinds of ways). The steak was just ok at best.

Ramsay’s Beef Wellington.

It’s available at most of his Vegas restaurants. He probably has his best BW chefs at his steakhouse while the other restaurants likely have lower quality chefs.

Lotus of Siam is one of the best Thai restaurants in America. Just off the strip. Get the duck with Thai red Curry. Very reasonably priced (especially for Vegas). I went with a good sized group and it was a fun, very communal meal. Probably in my top 20 all time.

There is a Japanese restaurant in the Wynn. It think it’s changed names since I last went, but the dining room looks out over this tropical oasis waterfall scene that’s really beautiful and zen. I could sit there for hours.

ETA Mizumi is the name of the restaurant at the Wynn.
