Veal Products New Orleans?

Where can I find a veal shoulder or veal products in the NOLA area? Do not see it much at the local grocery store chains I typically shop. (Rouses, Roberts)

Call Langenstein's. I've seen them there, but not often. They can certainly butcher one up for you.

Zuppardo's usually has a good veal selection, and so does Dorignac's.
