That you read even a portion of it is more than enough reason to have written it. I’m glad you enjoyed it.
I have inherited quite a bit of quality cooking equipment. I rarely use it, as I prefer dining in restaurants to eating alone at home. Perhaps we should have some Food Board dinners at my place.
