Seen Truff Hot sauce online quite a bit over the past few months. Never ordered as it was about 20 dollars plus shipping for 1 bottle. Didn't seem worth it. Saw it at calvins a few days ago and picked up for 17 dollars. Still expensive but I figured id give it a shot.
Holy crap this stuff is perfect. Mild heat with a full flavor of truffle oil. Slight cumin taste.
I put it on a grilled pork tenderloin. I can wait to try it on burgers, eggs, and pretty much everywhere else I like hot sauce.
Just my 2 cents... give it a shot if you see it. Its great

It's not hot enough, IMO

I'm more of a fan mild heat and flavor.
I do love tabasco, but only on creamy/cheesy foods that cut the heat. The vinegar makes it too.

Wife bought me their pasta sauces. Seriously delicious stuff.

I didn't care for it

Hard to justify spending that much on hot sauce when i can get a good bottle for less than $2

Never really had a spicy truffle dish. Seems counter-active but I'd try it

Just know that most products like this (the vast majority) that state that truffles are in it are using a substitute that tastes like truffles. FWIW

There is apparently real truffles in this hot sauce, hence the high price.

Though their prices might seem a bit steep for some hot sauce, keep in mind that there is real truffle in all the condiments. Summer black truffles typically cost a little less than $400 per pound, and other types of black truffle can sell for even more.

you're completely missing the point.

My favorite use was on hashbrowns. Pretty good flavor but definitely not a traditional "hot sauce", per se. Worth trying though as I do believe it has a flavor that would be fantastic on any number of food items.

I think what Mouth is saying is that if you like truffles, you might really like this hot sauce. Truff is definitely unique compared to all other hot sauces, which consist mainly of varying combinations of vinegar and peppers.
