Thinking about purchasing a Traeger Ranger to bring to the camp, RV Trips, etc. I know capacity is tight with only being able to fit one rack of ribs or 6 burgers. Is it really 60lbs?

I will be buying one of these shortly. They have a new model coming out in a few weeks called the 350. Check out some you tube videos.

If you are going to spend $400 on that style pellet grill then I would recommend buying one that is worth the $400 asking price:

Smoke Daddy

You can get an Asmoke, Pit Boss, or County Smoker for 1/2 the price and equal value to the Traeger.

The Pellet Pro has the largest main cooking surface of them all with the Traeger having the smallest.

it takes up a lot more space but the recteq bullseye is about the same weight. they also make a tabletop base for it.

I bought the Asmoke AS300 for my son as his first grill. It is a great little grill. I wanted to wait for the 350, but his birthday was August 1st and I didn't know for sure when it would be released.
