But can you can a beer, handjob from an 18yo hot Eastern European girl, and a sex show for under $20 American dollars anywhere in the U.S.?

yes, this is what I think. The best pilsner in CZ is going to be better than the best pilsner in USA, same for belgium style in belgium and bitters in the UK. But the fact is that america is going to be top 2 or 3 in every category, and probably one in several (IPA for instance). The sheer diversity here is absolutely breathtaking.

I will be there for a second time in a couple of weeks. Excellent food. It's at the end of our trip. So we are just eating and drinking and relaxing...and eating at a two star Michelin

USA is by far at the top of my list.
Belgium comes in a distant second.

After traveling to Ireland and seeing the selection of beers at most pubs there (very minimal) I really started to appreciate the huge selection of craft brews from the U.S. In Ireland, it seems like all anyone drinks is Guiness. Don't get me wrong, Guiness is a solid beer (especially in Ireland) but I would get tired of it after a while.

I think Belgian beers are by far of the best quality. Some of the richest beer that you can drink.

But yeah... U.S. is at the top of my list.

1. U.S.
2. Belgian

I'm hesitant to put the US #1 becuase in certain parts of the country, a lot places still have pretty shitty beer on tap. I'd you're in Portland or somewhere like that, it's a different story. The US is far and away the best in terms of diversity of styles though.

Austria is an underrated beer country. I've had some of the best beer I've ever had in Salzburg

You could say that about Belgium, Germany, and Great Britain too. I was in Düsseldorf and had some badass altbiers and some terrible altbiers. Portland has better beers because of their laws that regulate the beer industry, though I've yet to go to a state that doesn't have awesome beer to be found.

Honestly, our craft beers are tough to beat in my opinion. The numerous breweries in Oregon, Montana, Alaska, Wyoming, Colorado, Vermont, New Hampshire, Delaware, etc. definitely get the job done. Outside of the US, you would have to go with the United Kingdom, Germany, and then Belgium. I really enjoyed the numerous cask ales from the United Kingdom.
