Gayat

I've been to Bob's in Dallas and while it was good, I didn't find it any better than bigger chains Ruth's, Flemings or Morton's.

This presentation is terrible.

The Illinois corn-fed porterhouse at chef Wolfgang Puck's popular CUT in Beverly Hills. Happy customers include Tom Cruise and Will Smith.

Of that list I've only eaten at Peter Luger.. which is as good as advertised.

Never heard of the guy but just looked him up and his places look great. Love Shack burger place I bet it fricking great. Fort Worth is a pretty underrated city, IMO.

Also..

I've been to DelMonico's, but I didn't even think it was the best I have ever had in NOLA..

Crescent City Steakhouse deserves more love.

Don't get me wrong, I've eaten at Elways several times and it is GREAT, but not nearly deserving of a top 10 in America.

Most people in Dallas don't even think Bob's is the best in Dallas. It is a big sports celebrity hangout though.

Agreed. People from the suburbs seem to love it. On my list it's probably #6 or 7 in Dallas.

I was underwhelmed. They have some interesting menu items though.

Or Brook's in Denver...or Joe Allen's in Abilene.

Yep.

Tim may be Tim's biggest fan, but the man can cook and run a damn fine restaurant.

He and his team have also done a whale of a job marketing he and his brand.

I haven't been, but I'm glad Chicago Cut was the one they chose for here.
