I wonder why Tony's management didn't respond earlier after the first news article ran in the Times Picauyne last Thursday.
It's a new orleans newspaper with low circulation in BR

Tony's Seafood representatives did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Frank Kean, owner of the Perkins Road building, referred all comment to the Pizzolato family.
Well, the reporter called and left a message with them last week. I find it odd that the owner of the Kean's building referred comment to the owners of Tony's. That really wouldn't make much sense unless Tony's was at least giving it some consideration.

Free publicity? Toe in the water to check the temperature? Must be nice to be the lead on both local news channels, and have articles pop up on every social media site for four straight days. I went to redemptorist, as did my dad. He's good friends with those folks and they constantly say they don't want to expand. They are sitting on a gold mine over there. Why get greedy and overextend yourself?
Well, I doubt they wanted the publicity they got in the news today. From the allegations in the lawsuit, doesn't seem like this ship has had smooth sailing the last couple of years.
Where's there's smoke, there's fire. And with the keans building owner originally deferring comment back to Tony's, seems pretty clear that someone on the Tonys family was looking at the Keans spot.

Me either. I have to apologize to the poster above. It appears he knows more about the situation than I.

Sounds like a nice little tangled web they have there.

h Bill Pizzolato over requiring the children of the six owners of Pizzolato Investments to comply with mandatory drug and alcohol testing. Any children of the owners who failed drug tests or didn’t comply with counselor’s requirements would lose their jobs with Tony’s or Louisiana Fish Fry, the suit said.

I can get why Bill wanted this enforced and Cliff wasn't on board
i think it was the other way around. Cliff wanted it and Bill did not. i'm not gonna get into their personal lives though as I know all the kids and this aint the place for it...

well.... guess it was true afterall. No way that's gonna be a "Tony's" though like the main location. I cant imagine he can use that name without the blessing of the others and the company. Something tells me he doesnt have those blessings...
