Dont rely on time to much though. when the meat starts to pull back pick up a rack near the middle with some tongs and bounce the ribs up and down. when the meat cracks and the ribs wont bounce back they are done...
or use a toothpick and simply poke the ribs. if the toothpick goes in easy they are done
