Goose Island Pils
Did you like that and do you normally like Pils?
Not even a little, i gave 4 of them away. I usually love Pilsner's, it just had a weird after taste that got worse with every drink. Very bitter.

Yup. So much truer than the Lagunitas.

That's been my go to lately for any Pilsner. I know youre not a hop head, but I thought that the "Hoppy Lager" was a nice happy medium transitional beer.

We've had it in Ohio for some time now. It tasted better when we had to go to Pa. to get it. Tastes better on draft though. The best Yuengling I've drank is Yuengling Premium. Still can't buy it here. Only Pa. as far as I know. My go to beer now is Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale.

Yuengling is probably in the upper echelon of the low quality beers.
How is it low quality?

It's a basic domestic beer. It's better than bud, Miller, coors, but I don't consider it to be in another league from them. If someone were to hand me a Yeungling I would certainly drink it and not complain, but it's not like I get excited to see it on a menu or in stores. Just one mans opinion.

I'm getting from that that you don't like it, but what is low quality about it?

I don't like it, don't hate it. It's a decent cheaper beer. And if I had to put it into a "tier", I would put it in the same tier as coors, Miller, bud. And that's not going to be a very high tier, but Yeungling would be the leader of that pack. That's all I'm saying.

They are very high quality. I don't think you know what quality means.

This is a true discussion.

I can see what both of you are saying, yet the 2 of you are on different pages.
