Good, crappy, great, or OK?

Haven't been in like 10 years. Thinking about going tomorrow. Should I?

Is one location better than the other for any reason?

I went to the one on Acadian and I didn't like it much. I only went once and the ribs were burned and dry. I don't know if I just went at a bad time or something, because I know a lot of people say they like it.

I had not been in about 10 years either until they became a TD sponsor and Beauxnes started his thread earlier this year. The place was not even on my food radar anymore.

It is very good and some things are great. Burgers and beef ribs are great. Steaks are much better than you'd think, especially at the price--ribeye and filet. Beer selection is very good.

Good.....have been to the one on Acadian numerous times and has always been good if you get baby backs. Went to the one on Seigen and was not impressed. However, in their defense, I have been to that location on one time.

No "smoke" rising from the restaurant from a wood fired pit, then it aint real ribs.......

Frozen, then boiled, then oven fired. Good but not "real" ribbers........

Food is always good but the restaurant is disgusting everytime I have been in there. I work down the road on Acadian so I end up there a lot with coworkers. It always smells like a wet rag and you can moonwalk on the floors because they are so greasy. It's very unappealing.

For some strange reason, if you look in the Advocate's Fun section restaurant listings, they are listed in the BBQ section.

Ribs fall off the bone, but lack a true bbq taste/flavor. Brisket is good if you like it dry. Burger is decent. IMHO the best thing they have is either the pork chop or the bbq wings (not buffalo). Service on Acadian is better than on Seigen.
