Should have stayed at Parkway. Mahoney's is decent, but there are better options in the area, like Guy's. You also could have gone to Metry for some Short Stop or Bear's!!

The original owner made some good poboys. The place has changed ownership so many times I don't think I've been there for the last three owners. Never seems crowded.

Ben was good and it got a lot of attention when they first opened, but I thought they were still really good when Paul Chell took over. He had some great new items and specialty poboys. The quality of the original menu was still on point too.

It has admittedly been a while for me since I rarely am around there for lunch and int he mood for a poboy. So I looked it up and I guess Paul moved on to Mopho as chef de cuisine over there sometime in the past year or two. No idea who is running Mahoney's now.
