So the other day I took a Foodsaver package out of the freezer that I thought was four nice boneless pork loin chops to thaw for dinner yesterday. It turns out there were eleven THIN cut chops in there. No problem I knew they'd still be good eatin'. I seanoned them up and stuck them in the patio fridge for when I was ready to grill 'em. Before that I put six nice sweet potatoes on the second grate of the Keg with a sheet of foil as a diffuser so they wouldn't burn. Let those bake at 350* until they were done. It was time to put the chops on and since they were thin is wouldn't take long for them to cook at all. I put some roasted pineapple and habanero glaze on five and a homemade burger sauce on the remaining six.

These came out perfect!

Glazed and almost done.

Yeah, I added a lil more of the sauce.

Added some of my green beams as a side.

I had one of each of the chops and went back for a third. Tender and delicious!!!!!

Me too. Don't know how he does his but they look good. My recipe: Pan fry a couple of pieces of bacon and remove from pan. Pan fry green beans in bacon grease (pour off water if using canned) for 10 mins on med heat. I season with salt, cracked black and crushed garlic. Crumble bacon back in and add chicken stock until it's about halfway up green beans (Emeril's Organic works fine if you don't make your own). Turn fire to low and simmer until chicken stock is nearly all gone. Done.

Thin chops wherever you are and thin chops in Houston are not the same thing. Here they call them thin or breakfast chops and they are THIN. I wouldn't call what you have there a thin pork chop.

Looks great. After looking at the pictures I'm going to have to start sauteing the onion and re-heating the refrieds for some leftover fajitas from yesterday. Damn, HEB's fresh made tortillas are good stuff.

Looks great and I had the same dinner as you last night. fresh snap bean from the garden was great. My pork chops were not really thin, and I top them with roasted raspberry Chipotle sauce.

Nate doesn't give up his recipes. But I'll take a stab at it. Brown off some bacon. Sautee some onion in the dripping. Dump in a can of Del Monte French style green beans. Bon apa teet
