Every time I share a sale for boston butt roast several folks ask what do ya do with them. So I figured you Baws could chime in and show teh unlearned how wonderful this bargain priced cut of meat can be used. Rather than drag out big pulled p;ork pics I thought I'd start this off quick and very simple but still delicous. I took a pack of cheap pork steaks the other night and made this:

There was a left over slice of butt so the next morning I did this:

How I did them is here: Butte things

So you Baws jump in with your Butte things and lets make this an educational fun thread

I really have just been putting them in the oven for 45 minutes or so and eating them with an avocado and a sweet potato.

Almost finished off the pack I got on sale at rouses the other week.

Got up a lil late this morning and found a sack of turnips at the door. Dinner was pork and turnip stew and it was amazing. There is a lot to do with a good butte just ask fat boy those are amazing pics.

I drink what I can afford and like it. You wanna buy me better beer be my guest. Being a simple man I dont like fruit nuts or berries in my beer, I like beer in it.
Busch taste good and is cheap right up my bayou

Anyone have an idea of how often they put the pork on sale? I don't always shop at Rouses and don't want to miss out.
