Back again today. The House Margarita is very good. Got to talk with the owner again, business is very good.

I've been a couple of times, and it's been solid both times. My one complaint is the ceviche. For $17, I wasn't expecting it to blow me away, but the shrimp were very small and the mahi was flaked so small as to be near non-existent. The flavor was fine, but it was mostly vegetables. The ceviche at Blue Corn is $23, but I'd vastly prefer pay the extra money for a better product.
They should definitely sort out the fountain asap, though. The stagnant water sitting in it is a bit of an eye sore.

Invited to a birthday party last night, we had a good group. Food, Drinks and Service were all first class. House Margarita on the Rocks, one of the better.
Everyone enjoyed their meals.

We’ve gone a few times. It’s pretty good but they need to get their shite together service wise. The first visit the manager served us because they didn’t have enough staff, the 2nd time we couldn’t sit outside because they didn’t have anybody to cover that area, and the 3rd time took forever to take our order.
I will say the Asian dude that’s the manager is a cool dude and works his arse off. He’s running all over the place helping tables every time we’ve gone

I mean.. If you're out there "Now Hiring" and people aren't applying, there's not much you can do.

This time he was there, along with the owner's wife. The time before, the owner and wife were there.
The last two times I've been there, more than enough help. Food and drinks were both brought in a timely manner.
One of the Ladies at the table wanted a certain drink, she said it was great, the bartender came to the table, asked if it was ok.

The lunch specials look like the same lunch specials in every TexMex joint in town. As far as I have experienced, Mestizo's and Blue Corn are the only places that offer something different.
Most of them you can't find a Scoville unit in the whole joint, it's all like baby food.
Please tell me I'm wrong and where these magic finds are. The problem is that I go to south Texas about once a year and get the good stuff.
