Yes, literal cake is the next food challenge.
You can have your cake and eat it, too! Let them eat cake, y’all. (Have I missed any cake references?) Oh, I know. Enjoy this challenge like a fat kid loves cake.
Tuesday, May 31, will be the opening day of the challenge. Please submit your entries in the designated thread, starting Tuesday, 9:00 am through Wednesday, 8:55 am.

the crawfish one we just did was amazing. all were number one.
i remember the June Cleaver good housekeeping betty crocker type 4 layer cakes at the carnival cake walk. no one makes cakes like that anymore.... with that white yummy frosting.
ETA maybe they were 3 layers.
I can't find the picture of what I mean. The frosting was out of this world.
