I'm just upset the drusilla hi nabor moved and they put that dump Leblanc's in
What? I used to go to that Hi Nabor when I worked nearby and thought the place was a dump. It was just kind of dirty and reminded me of the places my Mom took me to when I was a kid. That LeBlanc's is much nicer. Shoot, that Hi Nabor they built on Florida is far nicer than the old Drusilla location.

I stopped at Winn Dixie in Prairieville a few weeks ago for the first time in a very long time. Pleasantly surprised at how good the store now looks on the inside.
I live in the area and have become pretty loyal to that Winn Dixie. It will be a tough decision when Rouses opens. I'd like to help out a local La. business but those fuel rewards at WD are tough to beat.

Too bad they couldn't attract a better burger place than Five Guys. The Ice House has better burgers.

We do most of our shopping at Alexander's, wife goes to Wally World once a month for none meat/dairy/produce items.
I'll def check out rouses, hopefully their prepared foods will be worth it like other locations, will be another beer shitlording stop too if nothing else.

Dude has to be trolling. That Leblance's and their new one on Airline are the nicest locally owned stores in the Baton Rouge area. Of course other stores may do some things better but overall they are hands down the best right now.
I wish Robert's would have done what Leblance's did when they bought Matherne's Kennilworth. That store is overdue for a complete gut and remodel.

Yeah I was kidding. Hi nabor was pretty dingy and Leblanc's is great. But I hear the new hi nabor isn't half bad

Believe a remodel is in the near future

Why put it on Airline? That stretch of road in BR is possibly the most miserable strip of car dealerships, mattress warehouses, and suburban sprawl I've ever seen in my life.

I like that Hi Nabor on Florida. They've got good meat. It's out of the way from where we live, but I've hit the place coming back from Cafe Dang or Little Saigon.

It's changing out there, with the new Woman's Hospital and the continued growth in Prairieville. Plus, it's anchoring the retail center in front of the Long Farm development, which is growing and growing.

The Long Farm subdivision has some really nice houses. The St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway is in there too.
