At chimes east there is a cocktail called el Diablo. It is available by the shot or by the bottle and is made of pineapple and blueberry infused tequila. The tequila is hidden very well and there isn't even a hint of a bite. You would think your just drinking fruit juice. This makes el diablo highly drinkable and very dangerous. I'm dying to know how to make it. Go check it out. If anyone has any clue how to make this I would love the recipe. Mardi Gras is coming up and I feel that this cocktail is very appropriate for the occasion. Thanks and enjoy!

My wife drank 2 shots of it once while we were there and once we were home, she allowed me to have sexual relations with her. I am pretty sure she is now heading up a movement to make the concoction illegal.
