Yea Im still looking for my free meal at Louisiana Lagniappe and Little Village.. They fricking owe me.. 
Next time Im in one of those places and have a problem Im gonna pull out the.. "Dont you know who I am?" You're getting a negative review on TD tonight buddy...
ETA... I bet if I ever mention Im catman in Fleur De Lis Im getting my totinos pizza spat on..

i like gugs and love dempsey's .. always have .. but just couldn't let that one go ... the negative backlash after one basic post in this thread was a little surprising .. but what i find funny is that the very people in the thread that seem to think there is nothing wrong with what these restaurant owners do would be the first people crying bloody murder if they had to suddenly pay to post on TD because of a lack of ad revenue ..

gugs, chill out, hoss .. seriously .. you guys are good people in your business ... just treat another business person (chicken) like you would want to be treated as a business person ... that's all ... if you found out you had an employee stealing from you or had five tables in a row dine and dash on you .. you'd be pissed .. not comparing what you did to that, but just trying to draw a parallel between business people .. that's all ... i have found that you've respected chick's boundaries since he set them .. the other guys ?? not so much ... they pushed the envelope a little too hard ..

you just don't know how hard it is not to be able to answer simple questions like what the phone number is to the place or what the hours are...i mean, i know there are other ways of finding out that information...but me telling someone that information is no different than another poster telling him the same information...one way or another, they will receive it

Hell, I think I may even advertise with him and I am not in the restaurant industry. This site gets a lot of exposure and exposure is not something that within my industry gets a whole lot of.
