Good. Not necessarily worth the drive.
This is the type of shite I'm talking about when I say people from New Orleans are mentally retarded.
It's east of Causeway on Vets. Depending on where you are in New Orleans you can get to Shogun quicker than a lot of other New Orleans restaurants.

Might as well be in Carencro.

Guess I'm just used to driving a lot
I put about 20K a year on a car, sometimes more
Driving 2.7 miles doesn't sound so daunting that I'd cross a restaurant off a list.
Maybe I'm fricking crazy. Who knows.

He lives within walking distance to Lillette, Coquette and Casamento's. He is suppesued to drive elsewhere?

Put down the bottle, glass.
If he wants the best Japanese in the city, yes, he needs to drive to Shogun. Not our problem that he chose to live in the most isolated part of the city, Uptown.

Laughable.

Again laughable.

I try to get out a little bit. Like on the CBD side of Jackson or on the Park side of Napoleon. I'm adventurous, brah.

What's the phrase I'm looking for . . . oh, yeah, go frick yourself. You know, I used to smile at people when you managed to get under their skin. But I've come to realize you're a very sad case. You apparently derive self worth from overwrought and pretentious tomes on an LSU message board. But that's okay.

Oh, and for the record, I don't think anything less of a woman by herself in a bar.
