Thai style whole Lane Snapper we caught

Haven't posted pics in a while... hopefully this works. If so will edit we recipe.

Seasoned snapper inside & out with salt and pepper (Maldon sea salt and freshly ground three color pepper)
Stuffed cavity with basil, cilantro, lemon, garlic

Baste:
Canola oil
grated garlic
freshly ground ginger
brown sugar
ground coriander seed
thai chili flakes
coconut milk
juice and zest of lime

spoon 'enough' baste to generously cover fish,
place in 400 degree oven;

I also placed lemon slices and basil on top of the fish, mostly for appearance... anyway, baste with remainder of the sauce about every 5 minutes until fish flakes (about 35 - 45 minutes).

Reverse the order of the pics. Otherwise, looks great. Post the recipe too.

I loves me some whole fish. Looks like no one got the best part of the fish...the cheek.
