Pineapple Duck Curry! One of my favorites. Agree that Taste of Asia was great and sorely missed.

Do you Mean Taste of China on Airline? That place has been gone forever. It was a go-to spot when I was a kid.

No, it was on S. Sherwood just past Lake Sherwood, on the right if heading north(?) in one of the strip malls. Not sure what replace it? Had excellent Thai, Vietnamese & Chinese.

Looks like the center where Pho Cafe (Dreamberry) is now, Google says it's address is where the Foot and Pain Clinic located.

Yes. Get the massaman curry or pad Thai

Tried it on the boards rec tonight. The curry was delicious. I wish I had gotten spicy. But I went to a Thai wedding last week and learned the real meaning of heat.

I thought the pad Thai was awful. Bland and the noodle texture was off.

I'm not a fan of their pad Thai, either. Really haven't found any great pad Thai in BR.

Hangover ramen at Umami

I have had this every week during my undergraduate years for around $12 dollars per soup is enough for me.

Umami is legitimate Japanese, Thai, and Viet food that is well sourced. The trick with making well made Japanese and Asian food is well sourced seafood, meat, and good employees who know the practice. They have both.
