Michael Gulotta took over the kitchen at Treo around two weeks ago and I had the pleasure of eating there last night. It was excellent. I had the octopus dish and it was the best plate of food I have had in quite some time. Other people had the lamb shoulder and fish dishes. The flatbreads were delicious as well.

Glad to hear it!
Are the dishes "small plates"? I'm just guessing based on the prices.
I'm going to get over there soon. Gulotta is a big time chef and hope he continues to do well.

They are medium plates, if that makes sense. It was very good.

Everything I tried was right on.

Sounds like it means a reasonable amount of food rather than the mass quantities that many restaurants are shoving in front of us.
I've taken to splitting and an app and entree with my SO because I don't need a much as a whole entree. I sometimes feel like a cheapy, but the volume can be ridiculous.
