Taco Tuesday Ideas

Recently watched the Taco Chronicles(highly recommend) on Netflix and it has me jonesing for some real deal tacos.
I have a pack of Rick Bayless Frontera Al Pastor marinade. Would I be good with just throwing that and some cubed pork butt in the insta pot? Any other quick and easy meat ideas?
I noticed that all the tacos in Mexico come with a salsa condiment. Usually I see the chunky kind meant for dipping chips but the salsa shown that went on tacos seemed thinner and blended together. Any ideas if I can buy something like that off the shelf?

Go to a Mexican grocery/taqueria and buy a few of the hot sauces on the shelves. We have a couple that go on the table every time we cook tacos... San Luis and Sabor Olanchano.
There is thin salsa out there, you just have to find it. Another option would be to buy tomato puree and season to taste.

Into your blender, add an avocado, a jalapeno, @1/3 to 1/2 cup of water and a little cilantro. Blend until smooth. Top your taco with that.

I like the Herdez brand guacamole salsa in a jar. Easily found at your nearest WalMart. It's thin, kinda hot, and delicious on pork, chicken, or shrimp.
Honorable mention to the Herdez green tomatillo salsa.

Im not sure why you're getting downvoted, these Yellowbird sauces are the best i've found to date. I put them on everything. they are expensive but I find them on sale occasionally and grab multiple.

I do not. I like a little more heat.

I’m a big fan of this stuff.

And you may need to use a bit more water...just want a nice, thick sauce. I don't usually add salt.
