re: Taco Bell and Papa John’s in the 90s

All fast food/chain pizza places are terrible to me now compared to when I was growing up……..don’t know if the quality has gone down or my tastes have gone up. Pretty sure the answer is both.

I’ll give up pizza before eating papa John’s.

Taco Bell seems like always, for some reason I rarely eat it.

Taco smell is over-priced garbage. I'd rather hit up a real Mexican food truck.

Taco Bell is fine.

But Papa John’s is nasty af to me and I grew up eating it.

About once a month, I'll run across the street for a Mexican Pizza and either 3 tacos or a quesadilla. Today, I wanted to try the new steak & cheese burritos. It was as good as I expected it to be- decent amount of steak, tons of cheese. It was $13, which is pretty high for what I got. Taco Bell is no longer cheap fast food, but there are still deals to be had, like the $2.99 loaded beef nachos.

I'll continue to eat it once a month because I can't quit the Mexican Pizza.
