Dave's Insanity Sauce knocks my socks off. But again, I do heat for random things. I like to serve food that people are going to eat and not cry about the heat.

Clearly you are a man of taste. I have a bottle of that and love it. It's excellent. Tastes great and has a big kick. El Yucateco makes a lot of great hot sauces but that's my favorite.

The chipotle Tabasco IS good. It’s My wife’s favorite. That El Yucateco Mayan sauce is awesome though. Totally unique flavor. They have a black one that is similar though not as hot and a little smokier.
