Sushi in Las Vegas

My wife and I want to grab a sushi dinner one night in Vegas. From Nobu to Bar Masa to Mizumi...is there any difference between them?

Although it's off the strip and expensive, Kabuto is some of the best sushi that I have ever had. Try to get a reservation early because the restaurant is tiny, I think 18 seats or thereabouts.

Any vegas sushi place on the strip is going to be overpriced but if you're looking for value, Kumi at Mandalay was recently opened by the same chef as Yellowtail in Bellagio. It's literally the same food but cheaper since it's at Mandalay.
Sushi Roku at Caesars is also amazing and has a great view of the strip at night

I can no longer go to Vegas without visiting Kabuto. This is the correct answer.

That place looks like the real deal stuff you would find in Japan. I'm interested, my only concern is that our options are pretty limited because my wife has a shellfish allergy.
I'll talk to her about it though, because that looks like it could be great.

Nobu and Roku are great but go off the strip if you can. its worth it
the strip has gotten out of hand and for good sushi you're looking at least $100 per person just for food. its a joke

Here's the cool thing about them...along with conveying dietary constraints, when you call for a reservation you can make a request if you love a certain Japanese item or fish and they will do their best to accommodate.
