As we approach America’s big game night, I’m thinking about what I’ll be making. Probably going with a Buffalo chicken dip, pastalaya, and some other apps. Plenty of beer and hard seltzers to go around. Still a work in progress.

Smoked chuck roast fake burnt ends. Probably some kind of sausage as well.
