I agree, but I’m only having 4 guests over (6 people total) and the women barely eat. I’m also making pastalaya, so it’s probably overkill

I saw some brisket stuffed, bacon wrapped jalepeno poppers at HEB and grabbed those instead. Fortunately I spared myself the eggs.

Doing smoked queso as well. Smoking about 100 wings too.
