Elsie's was soooo bad when I was in town last for a visit ...
Chow Yum Phat is the real deal and will have more of an atmosphere than any other of the ones mentioned.

Last time I went I got the pimento BLT and it had a teaspoon of pimento and one strip of bacon. Let the waitress know and she brought out enough pimento and bacon to feed a family 
Still think it’s a bit overrated but really appreciated that gesture.
